Is there some sense in the courts these days? I hope so. These charges are idiotic. Judge says he wants more time to look over defense motion.

To refresh your memory Lori Drew of O’Fallon Missouri is accused of hacking MySpace. How? She created an account and did not use her real name. No, seriously that is the charge.

These charges stem from the suicide of Megan Meier. Her father claims that his daughter killed herself because of messages that Drew sent to her on MySpace. Drew posed as a schoolmate of her daughter and Meier’s daughter, named Josh, and posted “cruel” messages. The father is unable to produce any of the evidence he claims to have seen that led him to this conclusion.

Dardenne Prairie fools officials passed an idiotic law over this, then they decided to become vigilantes. It’s amazing to me how stupid are some people. To date, no one has been charged for the phony 911 calls, or any crime committed against the Drews by the hate-filled losers of Dardenne Prairie.

SoCal McCain Supporter removes bloody Obama effigy

Interesting the the homosexual Obama supporters who “hung” Sarah Palin were not “outed.” Tell me again how there isn’t any bias in the media.

The Palin Hater in West Hollywood is not taking his down until Saturday. Yes the AP lied about him taking it down.

Just earlier Wednesday, the homeowners still maintained it was a harmless Halloween work of art and vowed the effigy would stay up “until Saturday.”

UPDATE: The Mayor of WeHo has prevailed upon the idiots, and they are taking down the disgusting display.

It might have something to do with neighbors covering the effigy with sheets in the afternoon. My guess is that they finally figured out they were headed for trouble if they kept it up. They should have been arrested.

Later a handful of protesters were joined by an SUV with an effigy labeled “Chad,” after the display’s creator, Chad Morrisette.

What’s the matter Chad? Can’t take it? Of course not.

Just more of the same liberal bias we see on a daily basis. This is why the LAT is laying off people, and the AP is being dumped by several outlets.

West Hollywood Residents try to cover up neighbor’s Sarah Palin effigy

Neighbors of a West Hollywood man who hung an effigy of Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin from a noose in front of his house tried to cover up the display this morning in protest, authorities said.

Three neighbors went to the home on North Orange Grove with the Halloween display and held up sheets to try to block its view from passing motorists, said Steve Whitmore, spokesman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. They were soon joined by three more neighbors, and Whitmore emphasized that it was a peaceful and lawful protest.

Hope for LA? Maybe, however the education system is turning out little Communists as fast as it can.

Vanessa Suwatipanich, who lives next door to Feindt, said she thought it was within her neighbors’ rights to use Halloween to make a political statement.

“They’re expressing their distaste in an artful expression,” she said.

“Distaste?” Clearly another liberal defending the same hatred of America, that her neighbor feels.

Amazingly Keith Olbermann might actually get it.

But then a news report on the display this week sparked a national uproar, drawing the attention of the Secret Service, upsetting politicians, including one local official who called for a hate crime investigation, and prompting MSNBC television host Keith Olbermann on Monday to dub Morrisette “today’s worst person in the world.”

“This is not the spirit of Halloween, sir,” Olbermann said. “It is the spirit of violence.”

That’s once.

Ironically Halloween is the “day of the dead.”

I do agree with the “artist” it is political speech, which the Framers wanted to protect at all cost. It also point out how that wish has been subverted by people just like him.

LA Sheriff says it’s not a hate crime. Oh really? Put up an Obama effigy and see how quickly the LASO arrests you.

Whitmore said that potential hate crimes are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the same display had been made of a Barack Obama-like doll, for example, authorities would have to evaluate it independently, Whitmore said.

In other words, it would be a hate crime. You can look forward to more of this hypocrisy if Obama is elected.

If this is what passes for tolerance and enlightenment in Obama backers, can we really expect anything more from Obama? I think not.

Obama’s campaign has cut off a news outlet for daring to ask tough questions. The same questions his water carriers in the media WON’T ask.

WFTV-Channel 9′s Barbara West conducted a satellite interview with Sen. Joe Biden on Thursday. [in case the link is down, here is a YouTube copy of the interview] A friend says it’s some of the best entertainment he’s seen recently. What do you think?

West wondered about Sen. Barack Obama’s comment, to Joe the Plumber, about spreading the wealth. She quoted Karl Marx and asked how Obama isn’t being a Marxist with the “spreading the wealth” comment.

“Are you joking?” said Biden, who is Obama’s running mate. “No,” West said.

West later asked Biden about his comments that Obama could be tested early on as president. She wondered if the Delaware senator was saying America’s days as the world’s leading power were over.

“I don’t know who’s writing your questions,” Biden shot back.

Biden so disliked West’s line of questioning that the Obama campaign canceled a WFTV interview with Jill Biden, the candidate’s wife.

“This cancellation is non-negotiable, and further opportunities for your station to interview with this campaign are unlikely, at best for the duration of the remaining days until the election,” wrote Laura K. McGinnis, Central Florida communications director for the Obama campaign.

Can you imagine a Republican doing this? The person would be insulted, assaulted, and impugned nightly for the next year. It won’t happen with Biden or Obama; not with Obama’s buddies running the show.

Obama, the tolerant liberal. BULLSHIT.
