I discuss politics, poker, issues, behaviors, and attitudes. Don’t take what I say personally, it’s not personal. I will point out asinine behavior, moronic comments, and dumb-ass attitudes. If that offends you, too bad; go read Dr. Seuss.

Comments and Messages Policy
July 13, 2007 — Due to abuse by — what I believe to be — tattooed drug using thugs from Vegas I am now moderating comments. The sad part of this, is that the most irresponsible people in the world have once again screwed it up for the rest of us.
- I reserve the right to remove comments as I see fit.
- I reserve the right to edit comments for vulgarity, threats, or length.
- Comments are publicly viewable.
- Email addresses are not visible to the public.
- Legit email addresses are required to post.
- Your email address is NOT willingly shared, or sold to anyone for any reason.
- If you comment, I most likely will respond on my blog or in comments, rarely personally.
- All messages sent to me are deemed to be authorized for publication unless noted otherwise.
- Messages sent to me are kept for a minimum of one year.
I don’t delete comments, unless they are, childish drivel, SPAM, duplicates, offensive (maybe), or requested to do so (maybe, but not likely).
As a rule I don’t like deleting comments, even if they are offensive. I reserve the right to do so however, for any reason. This includes but is not limited to: scorn, ridicule, humilition and laughter at the expense of the poster.
If you post without a legit email address, most likely I will delete it. I reserve the right to leave it in place if I deem it to be worthy of public viewing, for whatever reason. [See previous paragraph]
I will respect confidentiality requests, PERIOD. Send me a message through the about page or below, and make it clear that you wish to not be published, or you wish to speak about something off the record. Send me an email address that works. If I can’t respond to you, it really doesn’t do much good to send me a message.
Exceptions to Privacy
I will report the following to the appropriate authorities.
- Information about a terrorist attack.
- Information about an attack upon a person’s life, liberty, or property.
- Threats against me, my property, my friends. This assumes I can’t find you first
I am not CNN or MSNBC, I won’t help terrorists and their enablers. That includes the Democratic party in the United States, and the United Nations.

I hate the pay-per-post nonsense. It’s nothing but get rich quick b.s. I will accept advertising if I deem it acceptable.

If I review your offering I will be fair, honest, and give my opion. That is not a promise to give you a good review. I will however let you know what I am going to say, so you can respond.
This is my site, I write it, the content is mine. PERIOD. If i use a comment or photograph of yours without attribution, it was not intentional. Send me a message and let me know that it’s yours, and I will attribute it to you. It helps if you can prove you said it. If I am not sure, I will ask for proof. If none is given, then I will NOT attribute it to you.
If you feel I have misquoted, or misundertood you; contact me. I will change incorrect quotes, information, or mistakes.
